Lucid Energy Group I: Midland Basin


Before joining Lucid as CFO in 2016, Ryan Moss was a partner at Perella Weinberg Partners, where he worked in the advisory business focusing on the energy industry. A leading financial services firm, Perella Weinberg provides advisory and asset management services to a global client base that includes corporations, institutions and governments. Prior to joining Perella Weinberg in 2013, Ryan worked for Morgan Stanley’s Investment Banking Division in Houston. He joined Morgan Stanley in 2006 to co-found the midstream effort. Over his tenure, Morgan Stanley Midstream became Wall Street’s leading midstream group, enjoying the leading market share in each of M&A advisory and equity and high-yield underwriting. While at Morgan Stanley, Ryan’s responsibilities expanded to include coverage of U.S. supermajors and large-cap independent energy companies. Prior to Morgan Stanley, Ryan was a member of the Energy Group at UBS Investment Bank. Beginning in September 2016, Ryan served as chief financial officer of Lucid Energy Group I and II.

Ryan earned a BBA in finance from the University of Texas in 1997 and an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School in 2001. He serves as vice chairman of the board of governors of Uplift Education, a nonprofit charter school system serving nearly 12,000 students in North Texas. He also serves on the advisory council for the Master of Science in Finance program and the University Development Board at the University of Texas. Ryan is an active member of the Salesmanship Club of Dallas and previously served on the board of directors of Small Steps Nurturing Center in Houston.


Scott Brown’s background prior to joining Lucid includes more than 20 years of business development, commercial management, engineering and operations experience in the gas gathering, transmission, processing and NGL transportation and fractionation business. His accomplishments include managing existing gas gathering, treating and processing assets as well as direct responsibility for the development of multiple grassroots projects in Texas and Louisiana. He has successfully led teams of business development and gas supply representatives in commercial origination and negotiations in emerging shale plays. Before he joined Lucid in March 2013, Scott served as Vice President at Energy Transfer Partners and Director at Crosstex Energy and held various positions at Chevron and Dynegy. Scott holds a Bachelor of Science degree in chemical engineering from The University of Tulsa and an MBA in finance from the University of Houston.


Stew Fuller is responsible for financial analysis, forecasting, capital structuring and diligence related to acquisitions and divestitures. He joined Lucid in 2013 from EnCap Investments, a $37 billion private equity fund focused exclusively on investments in the oil and gas industry. Prior to his time at EnCap, Stew was an investment banking analyst for Stephens Inc. Stew received a BBA in finance from Southern Methodist University with honors and an MBA from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin.


Stan Golemon joined Lucid in 2016 as Senior Vice President of Engineering and Operations.  He is an engineering and operations executive with over 30 years of experience, including 10 years at the executive level, in the midstream and upstream industries. Prior to joining Lucid, Stan served as Senior Vice President of Operations Services at EnLink Midstream leading the land, technical services, EH&S and supply chain functions.  Prior to EnLink, he served as Senior Vice President of Engineering and Operations at Crosstex Energy, one of EnLink’s predecessors.  Prior to Crosstex, Stan served in various engineering and operations functions in Anadarko Petroleum, Union Pacific Resources, and ARCO Oil and Gas Company.

Stan earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering, summa cum laude, from Louisiana Tech University.

Vice President & General Counsel

Jennifer Kordic, Vice President and Senior Counsel, joined Lucid in August 2013. Her background includes almost 10 years experience in the midstream oil and gas industry, previously having served in various legal and contract administration roles at Regency Energy Partners and Caiman Energy. Jennifer manages all pending legal matters for Lucid and advises the company regarding contractual obligations, regulatory filings, corporate governance matters, employee issues and other transactional and litigation matters. Jennifer also serves as Lucid’s corporate secretary. She received her Juris Doctor degree from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law. She is licensed to practice law in the state of Texas and is a member of the American Bar Association, State Bar of Texas, Dallas Bar Association and Dallas Association of Young Lawyers.
