Liz has practiced law for over 20 years, having worked in a variety of industries with significant focus in energy, ESG, construction, technology, manufacturing, transportation, advertising, safety and law department management. While living in New York, Liz worked as Associate General Counsel of L’Oreal USA, Inc. and as Counsel at O’Melveny & Myers. She graduated with a BA and High Honors distinction from Wesleyan University in 1995 and received a JD from the University of Michigan Law School in 1999. Liz is admitted to practice in Texas, New York, the Southern District of New York and the Eastern District of New York. She is happy to call Dallas her home since 2008 and is actively involved in the community, currently serving on the statewide and DFW Chapter Boards of the Texas General Counsel Forum (a legal best practices organization) and on the Board of Hunger Busters (a nonprofit that serves daily meals to food-insecure kids and their families in the DISD community). As a Michigan native with farm-girl roots, Liz enjoys spending her free time wrangling teenage sons, chickens and dogs.
